...because is screws up the search function for those of us here in Indianapolis trying to locate messages regarding our local providers (be they agency ladies or independents - the latter being true "Indy indies"). Please remember that case sensitivity cannot be used in these searches either, because of the significant number of posters who ignore it when composing their messages. Indy (or "indy") ALWAYS refers to Indianapolis; "indie" is the correct shorthand for "independent" (as in escorts, films, or any other context).
I am usually not very picky when it comes to typos and other misspellings here on the 'Net as long as the meaning of the original poster is clear. Furthermore, I realize this is a Las Vegas and Nevada forum, but improper useage of these two particular abbreviations DOES cause a significant problem for others. And the more this specific bad habit is allowed to contiue here (or anywhere), the more it spreads to other online forums and boards. Plus, some of our local central Indiana providers DO sometimes tour Las Vegas, Reno, and/or occasionally appear at Nevada's legal brothels.
Milwfun, I'm not trying to pick on you here, so PLEASE don't take this reply as a flame. Unfortunately, I must call you and others out on this seemingly small, but significant error. I hope you and everyone else can understand and cooperate in educating others so that this problem does not become worse. Thank you for your consideration.
