not my thing but if a guy just needs to get off and is on a budget....
I'd imagine that having such a restrictive time window would make it really hard for someone to relax and enjoy. I couldn't cum if I had a 15 minute countdown going on in my head.
Even in my much younger days I usually stayed with an hour session minimum. I like a lot of kissing and foreplay and the whole GFE facade. My life is so schedule driven as it is, I don't want to feel that rushed. 15 minutes would probably drive me crazy - and not in a good way.
I guess for an oral quicky it's possible but I've always been one of those guys that takes a while. It certainly is an efficient use of time and money if all you are interested in is getting off (not judging, just saying). But there isn't a whole lot of GFE interaction in a 15 minute session I'm sure of that. Unless she tells you to take out the trash as you are leaving. 
At my age I can barely get my pants down in 15 minutes. LOL. So, no - it's not for me.
I have heard of the qv advertised by some BP providers. I suppose it is either an effort to offer a very low priced option to the client base that is just low budget, on either time or funding, or it's a low priced "sale advertisement" to get them in the door so the upsale can be done.
Personally I wouldn't and couldn't patronize such. I've even had a hard time considering a 30min session as being worthwhile. Even recently I decided on a hh session with a lady, then changed my mind before I got to her door and asked for the hour instead. My thinking is if I am going to enjoy being with a lady, an hour is the bare minimum time I want. And I am learning that with all of you fabulous ladies here in our fair city, even 1hr is rarely ever enough.
Hell, an hour goes by too fast to me.

I mean I have probably not lasted 15 minutes for the first shot.I am a multi hour person. How can you have any chemistry in such a short time - Evan an hour is too short for me.

....more-or-less it's like that. TBH a lot of 15mins quicks ended up being closer to a hh.
I stopped entertaining them after my 1st year and then half-hours (which are nothing more than glorified quickies imo) not long after that. Personally outgrew them and didn't enjoy the volume (more often than not because of the type of client advertising them attracted). I've enjoyed myself in my dates much more since I've imposed a 1hr minimum.
I wish I could give you another reason besides, just because I wanted to, to reach a wider "audience" I guess?
I just recently deleted them from my menu on a count of I can't even remember the last time a guy even requested one.
But for the 15min & 30min sessions, I limited them to incall only, same day scheduling only, & on a day by day basis (meaning they were not always available. I used them as sort of a "seat filler" if someone canceled last minute & if I felt like squeezing someone in before a later appointment.
It's pretty much a quickie. They're super fun, actually. A guy coming in, doing you on the wall & bouncing out the door. I see them off with a bottled water & a pack of cheese & crackers. lmao. Works at times. But like I said, not always. Sometimes you're in the mood, sometimes you're not.
Most of my meetings are 90mins-3hours so whenever a guy did request a shorter appointment (which really wasn't often if at all) I actually found myself not even wanting to do them anymore. I'd much rather do an hour (which is still too short for me) than 15-30mins. They weren't even worth it any more. But I must say, they were fun while they lasted...
Some guys just want a quick release rather than the whole fantasy. Which is cool, but I'm over the quickies for now. Hours are now considered my quickies lol.
Also I think some girls may just want to test the waters of the business and/or may just want a quick buck, or maybe even work their way up to a certain time frame or rate. Idk.

at the risk of opening myself up to flaming, here's my experience
I almost always try a quick visit with a new girl, primarily to validate that she is real and that she delivers what she says she will. If she is not or does not, I feel that I am not too much out $$ or time wise. If it is a good experience a longer follow up visit is then worthwhile . This is especially true for unreviewed or out of town girls. Or - everyone brace themselves - the dreaded BP girls. When I go see agency girls or trusted indies - I am usually an hour guy.
I have had varied experiences in doing this - some are off the charts amazing, some are horrible h- owever I have found 80% to be good in this time limit. I also have found that if a girl has a pissy attitude or provides bad service - it is not uncommon that this is also the case in longer sessions.
As far as the actual logistics of the sessions, I manage to go through the dance card. I am not much of a talker or relationship guy - this is not why I am in the hobby - so I am straight to business. Many of my reviews are for 15 min visits and I have a pretty standard recipe that I follow. I am not a 2 pump kinda guy, just efficient
Incidentally many girls don't want to offer a 15 min special - or not always. I respect that completely as much as I respect the guys that don't want that short a visit. Each to their own, no judgement here.

(So we got about 20 min) Some daty, quick bbbj, on with the cover, doggie 'til I cum. This would not have worked for me if we hadn't been in a strip club. The table dances were the talk and foreplay time. By the time we got to the VIP room we were ready.
No way I'd do a 15 minute quickie with a provider. Just not enough time. Well maybe back when I was in my 20's. But then couldn't we all back then.

and imagined somehow that she was yelling directly at him for being a cheapo. Yep, that is right. Only cheapos pay for a QV so they can pay less but drag their feet to leave at the 15 min Mark. Almost all guys will try to stay longer, look at you funny when they got to pay more bc they did not finish by then. Time up and do not want to pay to extend? Out the door you go. Almost all of his posts are rude. If anyone thinks they are funny, IDK about them. Atleast 60% of the time he responds BSC to something noone said. He does it to be mean. Have not came across too many other Johns who post as much hate the ho posts as he has, in the limited time I got here.
