Thanks Jazz,
I read her lecture.  Even though it doesn't apply to me, being single with no SO, old, grown children, etc., I thanked Sinthia for her advice and suggestions.  I'm sure some of my hobbyist brethren out there will reap some benefits from it.  I'm sure I would, were my situation different.

Prof. Sinthia has posted her latest lecture.  As always great info for everyone!!!

OK. This may upset some people. Thank you Sinful for the advice: it's all good BUT!!!what you are suggesting is just cleaning your desktop.  ALL INFO is cached on your hard drive.  It can ALL be recovered (easily, if you know what you are doing). You would have to do a total system clean to eliminate all records from your computer (that actually still would not do it); and even then:  If you are on a PC using GOOGLE (aren't we all??) GOOGLE and MICROSOFT have a record of everything.  I am like SWIMTREKR: older with grown children and enjoying the hobby.  I don't want to make anyone paranoid because life is to be enjoyed but don't kid yourself:  Nothing you do on the internet can be concealed if someone really wants to know.

Nothing wrong with your post.  However, what I think she was offering was some basic tips & reminders to prevent the average dude from getting busted from his S.O.  I'm sure she's seen such levels of carelessness from some of her clients that it's probably astounding.  Obviously providers don't want angry S.O.'s contacting them, so they have more than just a couple of reasons to help guys "help themselves" in this area.

Thanks.I wasn't thinking from the provider's point-of-view.I'll just shut up now and go back to summer school.

with a recent client whose son-in-law had access to his e-mail account password as he used to use my client's account prior to getting his own.  My client never changed the password and came home one day to see his daughter and her husband visiting.  She was talking to her mother, the son-in-law was going through HIS e-mail account... which happened to contain my confirmation e-mail for the next day.  His son-in-law did see my message and even commented to him that he had an appt the next day... Needless to say my client cancelled and I never did hear what happened next!

I had another client whose daughter managed to break his password.. because it was so easy to figure out... print all of his e-mails from providers... and leave them out for his wife to see.

This is only two of the stories.. there are many more.. and one resulted in me getting a call from a very angry wife.. actually several calls from the same angry wife.

So, that is why I thought a reminder might help everyone out.

I have found that a program called Window Washer works very well to keep the computer clean. I run it every time I leave my computer if I have been to questionable places.

A disposable "hobby" phone is a tool I could not be without. God only knows, however, what would happen if the SO found that phone.
