You can search the ad board for the word "newbie".   There are at least a half dozen newbie friendly independents that have posted on the Atlanta ad board in the last week.    There are even "newbie friendly" agencies that advertise on TER.  If you are looking for younger (such as the one in the BP ad) - an agency is probably your best bet.  

I highly recommend the "FAQ for Newbies" board under TER General Boards.  In general, if you deal with a "newbie friendly" provider or agency and you don't have references that they can communicate with, you are going to have to give them some information that you probably are not going to want to give them - such as your real name and where you work.  Yes - they may keep that information despite what they tell you.   Just decide if getting laid professionally is worth it.

My advice - for what it is worth - invest in a TER membership - determine what you are looking for, read the reviews, do some due diligence/research and go have fun.  Stay the heck away from back page as your primary source, this way lies madness....
