...as to what it means. Cruz IS an immigrant because he was born in Canada. He emigrated from Canada and he IMMIGRATED to the U.S. It doesn't matter that he dropped his Canadian citizenship - that has nothing to do with whether or not he is an immigrant. Get a little more education before you post and make a fool of yourself.
