Yes, I know it's that horrible, liberal Slate website, but it's still an interesting article.

...we all know and have talked about this issue before that there seems to be as much opposition to decriminalizing sex work among Democrats and other liberal factions as there is among GOP and other moderate factions; each have their own different, misguided reasons for their opposition.  

I'm often struck by those who call themselves Libertarians, like Rand Paul, yet who don't advocate for the decriminalizing of sex work and recreational weed, both of which are victimless crimes. A Libertarian should favor abolishing laws that criminalize normal people just trying to have a little fun and pursuing happiness and whose behavior hurts no one.

I can't  see Hilliary having a problem with it. Just saying!

In 1974, running for governor of Vermont, Bernie Sanders wrote:

'Let us abolish all laws which attempt to impose a particular brand of morality or "right" on people. Let's abolish all laws dealing with abortion, drugs, sexual behavior (adultery, homosexuality, etc.).'  

That is consistent his current position on criminal justice reform.
