I am a Republican and I hate Trump more than anyone on this board. He's a blowhard with a temper that has no business even being considered for the role of Commander-in-Chief. I dread even the thought of him being near the White House, let alone in the Oval Office.
Momentum in politics is a crazy thing. And Trump has more of it than any candidate I've seen in a long time. Even more than Obama had in the winter and spring of 2008. No matter what he does, he comes out smelling like a rose and gaining even more traction in the polls. Hillary, on the other hand, is gathering momentum, too. But in the wrong direction as a 74-year-old Socialist with bad hair gains on her.
I still think Hillary will win but if things continue to follow this path, it will be closer than the runaway win she should enjoy without her penchant for fucking up a good thing.

I honestly don't give a shit if Trump wins. He's better then Rubio/Bush/Kasich. Maybe Cruz is a better option but he's probably just to much of a dick. I'd still take all of them over Hillary. Shit I'd vote for the socialist before her. She's a scumbag and a serial liar. I do like Christie, but think he's a bit to mushy. Maybe Trump is as well, at least at this point, I don't have to wonder which special interest he's beholden to.
Trump has run a multi billion dollar business, and the lack of political correctness is refreshing.
So, it'll probably be Trump vs. Sanders. Blow out. Sanders might win one state, and we'll have the lowest turnout of all time. I guess they could try to force Biden in at the convention. He can't be elected, he isn't on the ballots.
I think the Palin was a one off for him and a mistake. He didn't need her, other then if he didn't accept her endorsement, she'd probably have endorsed Cruz. She's a shrill nut bag at this point. He'll use her for Iowa, and maybe Alaska and forget her otherwise.

The GOP Presidential nomination process it still an insiders game. The GOP leadership will not hand the nomination to Mr. Trump.
