a couple of my former sparring partners, who worked at Southern Michigan State prison, but I guess it's closed down. They just loved beating on people. Went in there several times. Nothing jars you to the bones like hearing those doors slam behind you, and then wondering if you'll ever get out alive.

Now if you want to argue that the democratic leadership fucked up Flint so badly that the State had to step in, that argument might have some weight.
The truth of the matter is that the State took over and made the choice for the city and the Mayor and Council had no say in the matter.
