There was a funny/interesting series a while back on TLC? called "Sex sent me to the ER".  I remember that first story being on there.  I felt bad for the guy - well, the girl too obviously.  First time going at it and he nearly kills her by driving her head through the wall.  LOL.  But they lived happily ever after.  Well, not sure about that but at least they lived.  ;-)
