This is the same dope who was removed from being Chief Justice in 2003 by the Alabama Court of the Judiciary (not exactly a bastion of liberalism) for defying a federal judge's order to move a Ten Commandments monument from the state Supreme Court building. He was re-elected Chief Justice by the slack-jawed drooling REPUBLICAN voters of red state Alabammy in 2012 and he promised he "would not do anything to create further friction with the Federal Courts." So much for that promise. Once again, righty lemmings follow their leader off a cliff.
