Ive seen that same information reported in several sources. It seems he was, to these women, the opposite of the character he played on The Apprentice". Several women who worked for him have been effusive in their praise for him as an individual an boss.

It only makes sense as a company like his cannot be run on fear and intimidation well over the long run..He just wont keep the quality of people he needs to achieve the results he sets
