You really should not let political rants and writings on a discussion board rile you up that way.
In my opinion it would make the moderators job 10 times the work going through all the posts to make sure the rabble rousers from the other side did not sneak something in.
I have seen other boards on the internet that cater specifically to each parties interests and all they are is a pep rally, and that is the type I guess you are looking for.
I like reading both sides and having the mistakes pointed out and questioned rather than always saying "atta boy Roscoe" and never really learning anything.
OK, you created a political board to get all the political BS off the general board. That was a great idea, but it needs to be modified.
The board, as I posted in a Polital Post, has turned into a board with extremists from both political spectrum And they are so embittered about the opposition, that it's basically not an area for serious debate, just ripping new a-holes in the opposition.
My suggestion, two HEAVILY moderated boards-A liberal political board and a conservative political board. Then all the "I hate Bush" types could rip away on the current admin to their hearts content, and the conservatives could do the same to Kerry (or whoever gets the nomination).
Everytime I read the board, my blood pressure goes up 20 points.

Why even go to that Board? Do you really expect thoughtful debate on an anonymous message board on the Internet?
Instead of wasting that time - which you'll never get back - go exercise, pet your dog, read a chapter in a good book. Let the loonies do the Internet version of screaming at parked cars and trees.
