I just posted a suggestion on the National Board for a new rating category which received positive feedback from others. In brief:
Appearance - totally subjective
Performance - should be totally objective based on TER criteria (BBBJ, kiss with tongue, Greek, more than one guy, etc) but currently embellished by overall experience. I think this should be entirely objective using TER criteria
Overall Experience (new) - Someone with lower Performance or Appearance scores could get a 10 if they completely "wowed" the guy even though BBBJ, kiss with tongue, Greek, etc. were not offered. Conversely, someone who offers everthing could be downgraded if overall experience is mechanical and not enthusiastic.

Since appearance and performance are mutually exclusive, I think the current way we do it has the most value. Overall Experience is too vague.
