question about yahoo web sites

is it TER policy that yahoo websites of providers are not acceptable as THE website for a review?

I ask this because a recent review of mine was unapproved because of "bad website"--it was a yahoo website with adult content, so, anyone who wanted to view the website would have to be a member of yahoo & register.

Also, by back-channeling, I know this has happened to other  hobbyists who attempted to post reviews, where the only website for the provider was a yahoo "adult content" site.

geneally, a website needs to be available to the public without password and need to have contact information.
