President Rubio (most likely survivor that can win)
VP Kasich (knows Congress better than any of them, wasn’t that the Joe Biden excuse? and they always say the winner needs Ohio)
Sec HHS Carson (of course, he's got the right ideas on health care)
Sec Defense Graham (of course, have you heard him in the debates?)
AG Cruz (will defend the Constitution once again, future SCOTUS nominee)
Sec DHS Christie (I’d feel safer)
Sec Commerce Trump (probably wouldn’t take the job but it would be put up or shut up time)
Sec State Clinton (give her another chance with some proper oversight this time and then fire her)
Sec Treasury Paul (He’s always wanted to audit The FED. I don’t know, it’s Halloween)
Sec Labor Scott Walker (Who else? No one else comes close to his Labor cred.)
Sec VA Jindal (I don’t know. VA needs to be fixed and I don’t like seeing Jindal out of work. OK, my one crony pick)
What’s left? HUD, Interior, Agriculture, Education, Energy? Probably disband them all?
FOX NEWS Host Huckabee (You know their holding his old spot open)
New Host on The View - Fiorina ( seat her next to Behar)
Everyone else needs to submit resumes I guess but I really can’t think of a spot suitable for Bush. His Mom and Dad could probably use some live-in home care help

Appoint someone who doesn't give a damn about his/her department, often works against the interests of the department and who would love nothing more than to abolish the position and the department - James Watt, Bill Bennett and future Energy Secretary Sarah Palin. Scott Walker wants to get rid of the NLRB as a first step in eliminating workers' rights.
"People were always asking me if I thought we even needed the department," said William J. Bennett, an Education Secretary under President Reagan. "I often told them, 'No.' "
“energy is my baby” and “oil, gas minerals, those things God has dumped on this part of the earth for mankind’s use….” She further points out that “If I were charge of that…it would be really great to have someone who knows energy and is pro-development….”
Of course, it would also be “really great” if we have someone who knows that the Department of Energy has little to do with the development of those oil, gas, and mineral things. Oil, gas, and mineral leases on federal lands and off0shore are handled by the Department of Interior.
But, in fairness to Sarah, I d say she’s more qualified than most of the people you listed
she's not a Presidential candidate. Actually never has been one. Besides, in my plan Department of Energy is among those that get scrapped.
