As for dissing Mara and Erin, are they the "queens" that you need to give their blessings before you're accepted? Furthermore you made it a "We" statement which would indicate that you have been involved in said up selling. Since you can read reviews, you can clearly see that I do not up sell anything. So again don't generalize. Definitely don't use myself nor Mara whom I know personally as your examples. I did read what you read before I decided to partake in your thread. Factually, it was very disrespectful and the dialogue that you got, you deserved. This is not me being mean trust me. Only one man has witnessed that and he's kicking back watching.
Sorry but I need to chime in here. From what you stated in your original post you indirectly lumped all providers here on TER together. I don't believe that was the best way to earn much respect from the lovely ladies or some hobbyists, let alone get future dates with any of them.
