An old woman comes into the dentist's office. When she gets to the chair, the doctor asks her "what can I help you with today?"  
The old woman then reaches under her skirt and starts to remove her panty hose as she says "I want you to pull my husband's teeth out."
"Whoa there!" the dentist exclaimed "What does this have to do with your husband?"
"Just where do you think his teeth are at right now, honey?"
