I saw some decent reviews on of a provider, bit it looks like she hasn't been in Atlanta since June. Should her reviews still show up on our boards? Should I even care?

Per usual, It seems like if you're now based in Phoenix you'd put your ads on a Phoenix board and post there, unless you're traveling and then you'd put your ads on the board where you're going to travel to in advance like several ads on the ATL ad board.

You could always contact her and ask her.
It is up to the provider to change her location on her profile. It is the profile which mandates this, not where she has her ads placed. She also lists her secondary city as PX. She can list PX as her primary and none as her secondary and they will no longer show up in ATL.
she has complete control of her fate. She knows she could list or update her primary location in her profile, , and any services provided by shooting an email to TER. Se. And any ads someone places have a pretty good chance of being accurate for a given window of time since the provider doesn't want to lose business. And there are a high percentage of profiles that list "don't know" for almost every category of service based on a lazy first profile, and while they could be updated by the provider, they often never are.
and the animals will stop. You are correct that many providers don't update their own profiles and the first reviewers do not always have all the answers either.
The complexities of TER are too much for some to handle I guess.
