Asking you on the phone or by text if you're a cop- cops can lie about this and it's not considered entrapment.
The move I like to call "the showing/groping of the junk" it seems to me an undercover officer could go through with this procedure and still perform an arrest if he had probable cause.
All that said I personally have never thought to "vet" any of the providers I have seen and probably could have been busted any number of times. I always check for reviews but no reviews doesn't mean I won't give someone a try- they all had to start somewhere right?
What are some more reliable vetting techniques y'all use, either as a provider or partaker?

The only sure way to find out would require to much time and hassel. Other than that I just go off my gut instict based on the questions that are asked or answers that are givin.
I sort of follow those same rules from the other side. Its definitely a case of following your gut and playing the odds!
It is definitely more difficult for the providers to verify. I simply pay attention to the news and only see reviewed ladies and other providers they recommend. Much easier on my end.
To make a legal arrest the innuendo has to go and be replaced with clarity. Things like asking you what you want to do...specifically, before starting, then asking how much you're willing to pay her for that...answer those and the sex you'll end up with probably won't be like you were looking for.
If asked any specifics I only answer, the massage advertised...we can see where that leads.
One time I had a bad feeling, played that cat and mouse game, then she got a phone call and had to send me out. May have been legit, maybe not...but I think I slipped by that time.
But always ALWAYS trust your gut. My standard now is at least 3+ TER reviews and at least 2 from long time reviewers. (More than 10 reviews). There are certain reviewers that I'd trust if they were the lone reviewer.
but unless I know someone is legit, or I see they have reviews from verified reviewers, I don't pay until after the act. And even if I do know them, I don't pay until the end. I certainly don't discuss services beforehand either. Now once you both are naked and doing it, then if you want to get into specifics...............
That also goes for providers. If you don't know someone, asking for the donation should be the last thing you would want to do. The donation is never worth the trade off of possible arrest. You'd pay more for one hour of attorney's fees than most providers charge, and you would need more than an hour of the attorney's time, lol. Not to mention the other things that go along with a ride to the station, being booked, and a stay in the pen.
