Actually I think you are the one missing our point

Our point being, the OP is one of those people with more teeth than IQ points.

He not only cares that Brady "seemed" to endorse Trump, but now he is ecstatic that Brady seems to be walking back that endorsement.

and finally Brady is from one of the bluest of the blue states, Mass hasn't gone to the GOP in a Presidential election since Reagan.

None of this is really a knock against Brady, or even celebrity endorsements, it's just a reminder how deserving our front running SPOTY candidate truly is, who ever is even in second place is so far back as to not even be worth mentioning.

He further admits he doesn't even follow politics to speak of, so who cares who Brady supports for POTUS?

bigguy30362 reads

So I guess Brady is not a true friend or just realize his own wife would be deported under Trump?

Also Trump defended Brady but Brady cannot do the same in return for his friend?

You continue to have your head in the sand and refuse to see Trump is a fraud.

When it comes to his own friends they see he is a toxic candidate!

So Brady knew what Trump was about and did not want to take the heat.
I am sure his wife was like what the fuck is wrong with you supporting this racist. Lol

Brazil is a LONG ways away from Mexico, both in distance and in culture. but in your world all latinos are the same. You are the racist here.

and once again, Brady throws a football around for a living, how does that make his opinion of Trump the least bit important to anyone else?

No arguments here.

In theory, his opinion on Trump is not important at all, to anyone. In practice however, how many kids in New England or indeed the country as a whole look up to this guy and see him more or less endorsing Trump? It shouldn't matter, but unfortunately it does.

GaGambler620 reads

Anyone can cherry pick celebrity endorsements for any and all of the candidates. How many celebrity endorsements does Hillary have? and are they really any more or less meaningful than an endorsement by a football star?

Speaking of endorsements, did you see Carl Icahn just endorsed Trump as well? Does Carl Icahn's endorsement sway me even in the slightest? Of course not, but it's a more meaningful endorsement than one from a guy who plays a kid's game for a living.

... I mean seriously now... whether its Clint Eastwood talking to an invisible Obama sitting in a chair, or the vapid and shallow Kim Kardashian discussing how she will have to redecorate the entire White House when Kanye is elected POTUS in 2020, why does ANYONE give validity to their pronouncements? Its all nothing but photo-ops and attempts at keeping their name in the news. Give me a fucking break.

So Tom Brady, a football player who makes a shit load of money and married a famous model walked back his endorsement of Donald Trump. The guy is a cheat who got away with it for all intents and purposes. Deflate his game; he's nothing but Pete Rose with a better team of lawyers.

So Carl Icahn endorses Trump... that doesn't really surprise me considering Icahns political positions. But who will he endorse when its time for the real campaign to start? That's when it becomes more relevant.

And why is anyone paying attention to the steady stream of stupidity being foisted upon us by a squalid little guy with delusions of self importance, grandeur, poor grammatical skills and the iq of a radish? Who. Fucking. Cares?

I'm paying more attention to the infighting between Rand Paul and Ted Cruz, the limp-wristed verbal floundering of the fools from Florida trying to punch/counter-punch each other, and did anyone see the O'Reilley / Trump show the other day? Now THAT'S entertainment!!!

People need to stop giving so much credence to this preliminary round of pathetic political posturing, and either make yourselves some popcorn and chill, or do the smart thing and go out and get laid.

Celebrity endorsements have always been laughable imho. And it truly is a sad state of affairs when the opinion of a fashion model is given more weight and credibility than the perspective of bona fide political scientists and scholars.

Sorry for ranting in the middle of your thread GaG... I know you've got just as much contempt for these idiots as I do.

I sadly have to agree with you about all the rest, including of course Carl Icahn.

What also seems to have gotten lost here is what a flaming racist our "squalid little guy" is himself. A man who seems to think that Brady's Brazilian wife is forcing his hand because of comments Trump made about Mexicans. We all know what a huge problem all those Brazilians pouring over our border have been, and how Brazil is just like Mexico, just like all black people are alike. Just when you think he can't get any dumber.

bigguy30414 reads

Since I been to both countries and have people in my family from both countries clown.

So when you have no other defense you twist words and make more of a ass out of yourself.

We all know most of Trump racists supporters would not know the difference anyway.

Just like the LA Times says " Donald Trump's comments on immigration complicate GOP's 'Latino problem'

They did not say Mexican but a Latino problem and of course GaGambler will call the LA times racist. Lol

I know as well as you two both clearly do that celebrity endorsements are bullshit and meaningless, but what I was getting at is that there are plenty of people for whom they aren't because they're too fucking stupid to know any different.

If you were one of these types with more teeth than IQ points that also happens to be a Patriots fan, who are you going to vote for when election time rolls around? The guy you've heard your star player mention in an interview once or twice who also has his campaign merchandise in his locker, or some other guy you've never heard of?

So Trump running for President and thinking he can win after months of running his racist mouth is a joke.

Also Trump and other media outlets were bringing up Brady as a supporter.
They even asked Brady and he said "I hope he is our President"

The bottom line is Brady got heat including probably from his wife and pulled his support at least in public.

I agree celebrity endorsements mean nothing but so are celebrity Presidential candidates.

Is it really such a reach that a billionaire businessman with years in front of the camera might also find his way into the oval office?

and Trump isn't anywhere close to being as big a racist as you.

bigguy30510 reads

So every time you comment and try to make points.
It's just shows how stupid you are and why I keep laughing at you.
Also you hate it I am speaking the truth about your savior Trump.
He is a racist that will never win the White House.

I told you before little man you don't know me at all.
The difference is your savior Trump has been seen by millions making racist remarks.

You still cannot take the heat like your leader Trump.
Just remember you have no idea who I am but we all know who Trump is and what he stands for in this Presidential race. Lol

We all know the key for the GOP and their supporters to hide their racism.
Just call someone else racist to cover up our actions.
This has been the GOP mindset for decades and of course some continue on with this BS.
I will keep exposing people like GaGambler and others on here.
They hate hearing the truth about themselves and the people running the GOP.
