So what are you missing Ed?
I already know that Wall Street and the WSJ are two different things.
Also I mention yesterday that I had the WSJ on my mind when writing my first comment.
Just a slip up and no confusion at all.

There's no connection between Murdoch's holdings and Politico. I am missing something in your logic.

Well fuckers, start panicking! Perhaps you'll now understand how our government, politicians etc have been screwing the rest of us for like in forever. I hope Trump wins!

NEW YORK — Wall Street is growing increasingly terrified that Donald Trump — once viewed as an amusing summertime distraction — could actually win the Republican nomination for president.

The real estate billionaire, who took another populist shot on Sunday by ripping into lavish executive pay, continues to rise in the polls. Would-be Wall Street saviors like Jeb Bush are languishing in single digits. The belief that Trump's candidacy would quickly fade is now evaporating in a wave of fear.

“I held four lunches for investors in August and at the first one everyone assumed Trump would implode,” said Byron Wien, vice chairman of Blackstone Advisory Partners and a senior figure on Wall Street. “By the fourth one everyone was taking him very seriously. He taps into frustrations that are very real and he is a master manipulator of the media.”.......

So can we really that this article seriously?
The WSJ is selling papers and using Trump.
They know he is not winning the general election.

Where was the WSJ mentioned?

The OP used the term “Wall Street”
Wall Street is a street in financial district in lower Manhattan, New York City,
The term Wall Street is a term used to refer to the financial markets

The OP linked and article from politico NOT the Wall Street Journal.

Educating the uneducated and ignorant, unfortunately you will most likely never learn.

fatgirl is the clear winner of this years SPOTY's, no one else is even close.

Speaking of former SPOTY frontrunners, has anyone heard from either fatvern or Senor Grumpy?

You keep saying Trump is making a case to be President?
The clown can't even name terror leaders but you want him in the WhiteHouse?
He is more insecure than you are and now it makes sense why you will vote for him.

Just remember smart ass when you assume without knowing a person.
You are the one that looks stupid.
Also not only do I know the difference but in the area now smart ass.

So the WSJ was on my mind at the time earlier.
You must have known that too.
This is why I never take you seriously because you have no facts on anything.

I can't wait for next November when you and the other GOP supporters are upset with another Presidential election night lost.

I accomplished what I wanted to accomplish.

I schooled you and put you in your place.

Your WSJ link in your reply is nothing more than a weak try at making it seem that you know what you are talking about but we all know you do not.

Trump with all of his faults can say one thing the rest can't, and be believable when he says it. He is the only one that can claim he doesn't owe his buddies or corporate supporters a damn thing. He has plenty of his own money, which makes him virtually impossible to buy, he doesn't seem to have "buddies" to which he is beholden to, and his ego would make him want to actually be a good POTUS and if there is anyone who knows "how the corrupt system works" it would most definitely be Donald Trump

He actually is making a compelling case. I don't think he did a great job last night, but he didn't implode like many were hoping for, and his more subdued attitude makes him seem a lot more "Presidential"

I didn't see anything clear winners last night, but I think Christie and Fiorina did themselves a lot of good last night, both making themselves relevant to the conversation once again, but still with almost zero chance of actually winning.  I think Bush's "nice guy" act is proving he has no more guts than the guy in the Oval Office right now, Rand and Walker look irrelevant and Carson I have mixed emotions about. Carson is becoming a slightly more forceful speaker, (very slightly), but he still needs a lot of work before he starts looking Presidential.

Quite frankly I think Donald Trump has a more than reasonable chance of winning, and if I had to vote today, he would actually get my vote.

but our current POTUS is proof positive that you don't really need a plan to get elected. Trump is no lighter on details today than Obama was in 2008.

IMO if Hilary can survive the primary process and get the nomination she will most likely win the GE, a HUGE if IMO, but certainly a likely outcome. OTOH if Hilary implodes I don't see any of the other likely Democrats winning the GE.

One thing I think is going to help Trump in the GE, assuming of course he wins the nomination of course is the rather overlooked fact that Trump is NOT a thumper. He is not campaigning on Planned Parenthood, Gay Marriage, or any other thumper issues. This may appeal to "cross over voters" who would never vote for a religious zealot.
