Even with only offering CBJ a provider can still earn a ten by offering Greek, gangbangs, lesbian action and DFK, or actually any combination of three of those four.
Personally, I agree with you though. A CBJ is certainly not worthy of a GFE claim. No GF of mine will get through the first week with me giving a CBJ. Giving out no more than a six is a personal choice on your part, but one I can completely understand

then it is unlikely that she will can earn a score higher then a 7. You are correct that it is possible to earn a 10 with a CBJ on the provider profile. There is a very few ladies who give CBJ that offer doubles or Greek.
In my experience when a lady only offers a CBJ then the lady often times isn't really into the session. The lady wants it over with quickly and then she rushes you out. This has been my experience. It may not be true with all CBJ only providers. A CBJ on the lady's profile doesn't keep me from seeing her. If I am trying to decide between two providers and one does a CBJ and the other does a BBBJ then I will opt for the BBBJ.
