I believe in due process innocent until proven guilty, but this provider has been accused twice of robbing clients once with another agency and now again in another review.
Based on this info I ask that no other agencies hire her and guys if you see her be careful.

Certainly a black eye! I can't speak to resolution of the matter but HP has provided nothing but great, memorable experiences for me. It might help the agency to come on and address it to restore confidence... or at least try.
I for one have used HP and Kim was very professional with me. I doubt that she would have hired a thief had she known.
Hopefully no one else makes the same mistake by hiring her.
