Actually, Metro asked Terry Allen to leave town (the guy who owned all those places with names like Pigalle, Taboo, etc., the ones with the steroid addled 350-pound 4% bodyfat bouncers), but I believe he's returned since.

You have to understand, everyone wants to get theirs from you before the casino does. Certainly you can appreciate that sentiment. As I was discussing with a leading local escort and neighbour a couple of weeks back, there has developed all these cottage industries designed to taking your dough before the casino gets it in recent years. To my jaded, cyncial mind, it's just one big ballgame, if you ask me. I never understood why anyone would want to walk into a casino and play anything other than nickel slots or $5 blackjack (as entertainment)knowing they're almost certainly going to walk out with less dough than they walke din with. NV casinos won a record $1B last year, and I can assure you since the consolidation of the industry, they've given out less in comps for that $1B.

Back to the thread, if you're going to be that big a mark, can you blame the others for having that sort of attitude the casinos have?

You establish a business name, take pictures of girls, set up a web site, establish phone lines, advertise on a few web sites and then try to rip off the public! WHY----Can the general public be that stupid---most of us who hobby are familiar with the internet and anyone who spends money should be able to find TER and others to get information about the providers and how they treat us. Excluding Bruce in LV there is not 1 agency that we can trust to provide Real Girl, Information about the Real Girl, The total Donation or Legitimate Positive Reviews.

I have used Agencies in Paris and Chek-Republic and other major cities in the United States and been totally satisfied with services---why is it that Las Vegas is different.

Oh Well---Thanks For TER!!!!

Although many guys who "plan ahead" use the internet, only a small number use TER.  They look at popular escort sites, like what they see, and make an appointment.  Most are too lazy to really do a search.  Witness the number of people who ask questions on these boards that have answers readily available if they would just make the effort to do a search.

Those that don't plan ahead look in the yellow pages and make a phone call on the spur of the moment or they get recommendations from cab drivers, bellmen, etc.

And when they get ripped off who can they complain to?  They're too embarrassed to tell anyone and can't call security or the cops.  In LV the agencies rely on a never ending stream of new visitors who then leave and don't come back for a long time.

There's a sucker born every minute.

Never used an agency, always used TER and read the reviews.  Been lucky with all but one who ripped me off.

I always felt agencies do bait and switch, girl shows up, says she is whatever name you asked for then says oh that price is just to have me here, you have to pay xxxx more if you want anything more.

That is what I learned from reading post and replies here so never call agencies.

In fact I never use any other site then TER.

I have experience (in a former life) with a tourism-related industry.  Many of those companies rely on the 30-40 million visitors per year as an opportunity to make a quick buck, with no sense of responsibility.

Where else is it a matter of law that says the hotel can take your money in advance and if you mis your flight, they get to give away your room and still keep your money? Only the state of Nevada has laws the work againts the consumer. You have no rights as they exits in other states.

So if the government doesn't give a shit if you get ripped off, that's just an invitation for criminals or the criminal minded to rip you off.

I hate Vegas for that reason. Everybody from window washer to the cashier at McDonalds is looking to get between you and a deal so they can cut themselves in for the action. In word, it's a fucked up culture. No thanks.

But you gotta admit, they have some of the best looking girls on Eros.

Just my two cents.

..bottled water!!  convenience.

Look, the bottom line is that the percentage of "clents" who use TER or any other research for this activity is quite small.  The decision to call a "provider" is most often a spur of the moment thing, ESPECIALLY in Vegas!

We that utilize TER are just what may be known as a very VERY oral minority.  Cheers!
