Yes, the NYT's did break the story, and they got it wrong, and FOX pushes the story non-stop, just as they did with Benghazi, while pushing the story of a cover-up without any evidence. Breaking a story is not the same as pushing a story. And, the author of the article does admit that Hilliary causes a lot of her own problems regarding the story of the emails.
