Play with a group of yuppies as a drinking game. Proof positive than the most demure wives have the most disgusting minds. They might don't know the terms, but they certainly can graphically describe the definitions. Our first session caused us to buy all the expansion packs. We use it as guilty pleasures.

Apples to Apples. I responded to you post on the GD board too, but will say again here, last time we played my sister swore she was going to hell for playing the Auschwitz card on "What's that smell?" It was horrifyingly hilarious.
You can play with as few as 3 people - just make a "dummy" stack, and play its cards completely randomly. We name our dummy "Julio," and he has actually almost won a few times.
