" There ought to be limits to freedom"
It is questionable that, that is a direct/exact quote.
The source is questionable.
It is out of context at best.

With that in mind I very much question the other "supposed" quotes.

2016 = GOP WH, Senate and House

BTW
For the record " I'll not be voting for JEB in the primary"

Please do not misquote quote or quote me out of context

"I am mindful not only of preserving executive powers for myself, but for predecessors as well."
—George W. Bush Washington, D.C., Jan. 29, 2001

"Redefining the role of the United States from enablers to keep the peace to enablers to keep the peace from peacekeepers is going to be an assignment."— George W Bush, Interview with the New York Times, Jan. 14, 2001

"There ought to be limits to freedom." — George W Bush, Interview with Clay Robison, The Houston Chronicle, December 3, 1998

Haven't we had enough Bush in the Oval Office?

I won't be voting for Jeb in the primary but I don't assume he would govern exactly like his brother. I don't see the point of pulling up quotes from W that may be out of context.
As I've said before my hope for 2016 was no Bushes,no Clintons.
