I have a question because I have been reading about NCNS and Double booking and etc, and It brought this thought in my head. I know scary hahahaha lol. Have there been a time that you (the provider) blacklist someone? Lets say that you (provider) blacklist a client, if the client want to correct whatever that he or she done wrong, would you (provider) allow them to do it?
