Thanks.  That's exactly what I did as suggested by my provider.  It is nice to hear reassuring words from another TER member.

During DATY, she started her period and blood was evident on my fingers and tongue. Do I have a worry here?

rinsed your mouth right away with hot water and used a good dose of mouthwash, you are probably ok.

These things happen and I would not lose much sleep over it especially if she is a well reviewed TER provider. Go to a public clinic and get an anonymous STD test done in 3 months to be on the safe side. (By virtue of being in the hobby, you should get tested for STD'd routinely.)

Now if she were a street walker or was bleeding from a cut or sore in her genital region, then I would be worried.

That was, indeed, the polite and responsible thing for her to suggest at the time, rather than dying of embarrassment as I probably would.  As long as we are on the bleeding thing, any suggestions by other providers on what to DO during this time of month?  Take off a week?  Makes maintaining a steady client base and schedule difficult.  Have heard about shots and skipping the placebos in the BC packs to stop it, but is it really safe to be messing with our hormones that much?  Thanks.

I take the two days off.  Most guys understand if you tell them what's up.

TWO DAYS?  What are you taking and who prescribes it?  I NEED it!  I'm usually miserable and in bed with a bag of chips and a case of Midol for the entire week.  (I know, TMI.)  I did just inform a gentleman that I would be unavailble since I had an appointment with "Mother Nature."  Am waiting to see what his response will be.
