I would have to say 80% give the required and that's understandable I never take offence but it does make you feel special and happy when someone appreciates your time and tips you or brings something you like to a meeting.
I know they're not required but how many guys actually tip or bring gifts for providers, and how many just give the asked-for donation?
The gift is something simple like a Starbucks gift card or their favorite candy. Some may not even consider that a gift. I don't tip or bring a gift as a matter of course.

As I have posted before, I always tip, anything from $50-100. I put it in the envelope ahead of time, though, so a lot of women don't even know I have tipped them until after I leave, and some of them never even notice. I don't care.
