When I was new it helped me out (because P411 verified my employment) and even now it helps in meeting new ladies (much faster verification).
They have two types of membership one basic and basic plus. What is better?
You only pay for the basic membership. The plus is when a lady OK's you (like ter whitelist). So Plus 2 means you have 2 OKs.
I bought that before I paid for my VIP at TER. I find that for search and research purposes TER is way better. But 411 helps speed up verification without having to send lists of references etc. So (unless references and the verification time has not been an issue for you) I would suggest getting 411.
On a cautionary note they do have more info on you (on TER if you don't pay for VIP, hence no credit card, you could be quite anonymous, not so with 411), so the LE risk is there, but I assume membership can not be a legal offense in itself.
I used the money order option. A trip to WalMart, and now I'm a lifetime member. They have very little information about me, and realize that this company is based in Canada and who knows where the servers are located. It would be more trouble than it is worth to go after this information, absent a serious crime

Schedule through P411 and it's not an issue.
I had membership for one year. It is another avenue to see who is coming to town. But I did not renew my membership. It really didn't do anything for me. Even with a membership there women still wanted the who verification process. Which is OK, but then the value isn't there.

I've heard of people getting their accounts phished, but have not heard of any LE presence. Did you see this on a board or in the news?
I have had no trouble, but that is because like all tools, P411 is only part of the system. P411 helps with verification, and even menu checking, but TER provides comfort that the girl has a track record and is therefore more likely to be legit.
