I agree. I just got my result recently and it definitely is a piece of mine thing. Always a relief when it come back negative. They say some presence in 3 months but can defintely tell in 6 months. Anonymous and/or confidental testing. If they ask for information, just give fake name and demographic info.

Just curious. How often, if at all, do you get tested? There are plenty of places in the metro area that offer free or low cost, anonymous and/or confidental testing.
Personally, once a year.
I get tested every three months without fail. Use requestatest.com. I can go to any of their approved collection centers in the US. Since I travel a lot this is great. I like the "peace of mind" package. A wonderful provider in San Diego told me about me.
I read somewhere that as provides, we should get tested every 90 days and so I do. My doctor dosn't completely understand my reasoning, however I always get have it done.
diseases can take up to six months to show their true colors. That's the route I go to ensure that nothing ever goes undetected. Of course practicing safe sex is the best way to hopefully not contract anything!
good question - me, along with annual physical. curious though. in close-in dc, can any fellow hobbyist kindly suggest a few specific free/cashncarry/walkin/or anon clinics? i for one, would like to test more frequently/less $$s.
STD's are no joke and being a pre-law major/minor in health I learn alot about this. Without fail every 3 to 4 months....and especially when partaking in this incredible hobby!!!! hope you all do the same
