President Obama just announced his plan two days ago and the Cuban has already researched and found out it will cost Koch Bros more money to implement it, American consumers will pay more for energy.
He forgot to research how many Americans will get sick and die breathing the polluted air. Add the Cuban's assault on ACA and double whammy for the Americans. Breathe polluted air and no health insurance when they get sick.

..depends on what China, Russia, India, etc do. if nothing, impact will be mostly USA gets to pay higher electric rates...and die on vacation, when they visit the rest of the world.
