Hello! I officially joined the TER today. I have put some thought into this and have already decided on a few things and have a few questions.
1. I want to be an independent who travels. I would have an upscale hotel room as an incall. What are some of the "big cities" where providers are in demand?
2. I will definitely screen clients. I have read much useful information here.
3. I learned about rare-escorts here as a free website. Are there any other free websites and/or places I can list my site?
4. In relation to site listings, where to advertise? Obviously if I'm just starting out I do not have reviews yet.
4. How does a provider select her rate? I've read rates can vary depending on the city. As I stated above I'd prefer large cities where providers do well. I am particularly interested in NYC and CA.

Becoming a provider isn't as easy as it sounds, and some basic research by you is required!
You've asked a number of good questions. I recommend that you try to find your answers on your own. Search this board, and the regional boards to see where gals travel, host their site, advertise, set their rate etc. Its all there. You will be much better off finding this information on your own, than having someone tell you. Of course if you can't find an answer, we are always here.
Also, if you are really serious about this, you will want to purchase VIP status. Being able to see the complete reviews will help you to determine what rate is appropriate for what service in what market.
