I have used GC many times and have always had a great time. I have also used EF and was not disappointed.
I am very familiar with EF, JFL, and Gold. I know Reece at AF, but have never connected. I have used HP once, but I guess I just had a bad draw so should try again. before I default with who I know, I thought I would see which group seems to generate the greatest excitement. If you were going to explore a new group, who you going to call?

I've only used one - SEC (run by Misty and Memphis) but I highly recommend them. The ladies I see primarily are indie so I'm new to the agency thing. I will say that my two main concerns about agencies (being rushed and the service being mechanical) have turned out to not be a problem at all. The SEC ladies were gfe, not clock-centric, very engaging and easy to talk to. The incall is clean, comfortable, convenient and safe.
Misty is great to work with, I've known her a long time and she treats me very well. And SEC has a stellar lineup of beautiful, diverse ladies. I think there is every color and flavor of the rainbow to experience over there. I've even been able to coordinate a couple of role plays through them (one I put in a review) - so they've been very accomodating of my "special" needs. 
I wish I had more experience with other agencies for comparison to share. But I would definitely recommend SEC. I can say that I have spoken casually to several other agencies (AF, EF, and Ashley's) and although I have not seen any of their ladies yet they have all been very helpful and friendly in answering any newb questions I've had.

For me, Exotic Flavors is the best. Of course it is also the only one I have used over the past few years. But I've never had a bad experience with anyone that Sunny has sent me. I've had to take a break for the last couple months, but I'll be setting up something soon I hope.
If you like hot asian girls (mostly K-Style), I recommend Exotic Asian Atlanta and Sky Pink Club. Rotating crop of hotties. Very good service. Nice in-calls. Screening with Sky Pink can be challenging, but worth it.
Have also had a great experience with new Belles of Atlanta (reprise of Hush?).

I was thinking about trying Ashley's when spencer was there, but never got around to it and she left.
