So, I noticed that on the rare occasion I have found a Hungarian provider, the closest description offered on a TER profile is "Baltic". So before I get ripped that I am being lazy, I cannot figure out how to properly identify this through search on this site and am hoping some might jump in to help me out with recommendations?

You're correct in that Profiles (and Reviews) do not have a specific way to ID "Hungarian." Even if described in the General or Juicy details, I know of no way to do a search of the text. (A frequent suggestion posted to the S&P board.)
However, you can go to the NY Ad Board and search "Hungar" and set the date range back a ways, maybe 365 to 0. "Hungar" will find hungarY , hungarIAN, etc. There are some. You can add Magyar to the search box and choose [Any of these words] but it doesn't add any hits.
