You won't have any shortage of girls in that class here in NY.
Unless you are planning weeks ahead (which I could never do), it can be very time consuming to contact ladies based only on good reviews. Many won't get back to you for days since they could be taking a break, on tour or just wary of seeing new people.
When you see a lady post in the Ad Board for NY, at least you know she is "in the market" and she is likely to get back to you in a timely fashion.
Another trick is to use the "new review" link and limit the results to the type of lady you're seeking. Once again, it means those ladies have been seeing people recently.
