Return to Yahoo!

either your server is down or they did shut you down. It happened with lots of girls I know. Once they find out the nature of your business, they don't give any notices, they just delete your account. Try to login on your Yahoo Instant Messenger (which is the same name & password of your mail). If you cannot get there either, chances are they did delete your account.
Good Luck!

From everything known about this error it is a bandwidth limiting system put in place by Yahoo.
When you go over your alotted bandwidth in Yahoo Mail or Yahoo Groups, if you were downloading a lot of mail or sending out a lot of mail this could it, they shut you down (anywhere from 2-24 hours).
This system is in place, supposedly to stop DoS attacks, and automated tasks grom eating up bandwidth and pounding on the servers.

Yahoo tarcks the traffic by your IP address, so there are a couple of ways you can try and get around it:
-Use a proxy server (this will hide your IP so      you can access your mail.)
In  IE try (Tools> Internet Options> Connections   > LAN Settings>  Proxy Server)
    63.147.240.14
    port 7028

-use a dial-up modem (dial-up modems assign dynamic IPs so each time you log on you have a new IP address)

-try another link into Yahoo like:
http://login.europe.yahoo.com/
http://login.korean.yahoo.com
http://login.tpe.yahoo.com

-simply wait and see if yahoo turns your service back on

Hope this helps.
