Worst thing you can do is mix work and sex. Do not think with your cock. Tons of SB out there just choose one that isn't going to make you lose a career.

Question:  I recently started a mentoring program for students interested in my profession where they spend a day observing me at work. Today my student shows up and she looks familiar but I can't quite recall from where. Some back ground: Had contacted a college SB about 6 weeks ago, had some messaging exchanges but no concrete plans made and communication between us stopped. Lately over the last few days she has been viewing my profile again. We had a good day and said our goodbyes. I sign on to SA and you can guess who just viewed my profile again! I view her profile and confirm my suspicions, we just met face to face coincidentally and spent the day at my job. We message back and forth laughing about how we looked familiar and that our "secret" is safe...lol...So now it seems there's interest but  caution is in order. There's the official mentoring responsibility I have with the student program, on top of the "mentoring" SB's are looking for on SA. I can see the headlines if something goes awry and being portrayed as a predator.

Any other viewpoints from the gallery of SD's out there????

..The big head.

You now have a professional (meaning your profession) relationship with her, so keep it professional.   Think of it the same way you would if she was an employee of the company, or even an employee on your team!

You may decide to mutually keep the secret, but if you start to have any personal relationship with her you know that eventually her BSC will emerge (remember it always emerges!). Then she can get you by the balls:  lodge a sexual harassment complaint with HR, tell your wife, GF, Mistress, work colleagues and managers, get you disciplined by your management, get you fired, and she and/or your company could file suit against you while your company won't (in fact cannot!) indemnify you form cash awards and other penalties.

There's plenty of SB's on the site... use this brief encounter as private "me time" spanking footage and move on to other, safer profiles.

Final thought to sum it all up:

Do you really want to be the leader at work who founded a progressive, community-friendly, student recruiting mentoring program and ended up fucking one of the innocent, young, naïve, impressionable, vulnerable mentees?

No company secret lasts forever.

Is this mentoring program essential to your "Vanilla" job/career? If not then I guess I wouldn't worry too much about it. I'm guessing since she's on SA she's older than 18....if there was a slip and word got out, you and the potential SB are both of legal age so there's no illegal activity on that end. I just assume your "goodytoshoe" reputation would be ruin and you would be looked at as a creeper.

If she becomes a mentee through your program, treat her like everyone else.  No hanky panky.

If she wants mentoring outside of the program or even after she leaves the program, that's better.  It'll be your call.  It could get dicey, but it's much safer to separate the program from the sugar activities.

One of the benefits of the Hobby and SBs is that these provide an outlet which might otherwise be channeled into unhealthy and morally questionable behavior.  If you have ready access to willing young women who are happy to exchange sex for money, you are not going to be tempted to hit on an employee or a student (if you are in academia), both seriously bad moral choices with potentially ruinous results.  Part of the role of being a professional is acting professionally.  Do compromise your professionalism, and don't risk the results described elsewhere in this thread.
