Ok, so I've never posted on here but I am really upset. For the past few months I have been harassed and stalked by a client. We have many girls in our place so I know he's been here cause he knows our location. I have rejected many people if they don't verify correctly, or if they make me feel uncomfortable in any way. After all, safety is number one and we have to ensure that at all times. This person has repeatedly called with a voice changer threatening me, made fake emails and using other people's LinkedIn profiles for verification, sent fake references, broke into my email and backpage account. I've had to change all my passwords because I keep getting hacked by this individual. I mean the list goes on. He told me he would write me fake reviews and keeps calling obsessively with fake numbers and emails. I've been verbally threatened and harassed non stop for a few months and now this jerk keeps writing me bad reviews from different accounts like he previously promised . TER does not do a good job protecting us and I really hope they can have a better verification process because this is messing with my livilihood. Most importantly, I am scared for my safety. I don't know what to do

I honestly wish I had some good advice, outside of changing your provider name and your number. I just want you to know that this is unacceptable, and I hope TER backs you up. We ladies have to stick together. I think a good IT person can help you deal with a hacker like this, and make sure you use websites with good security.

Thank you so much for the support. This is giving me anxiety. I don't understand how he has all this time to really go out of his way so much to mess with me so much . Im pretty sure he's some IT nerd because of all the hacking. Almost sure he found out my actual real life cell phone number, real name and even old home addresses because I've been getting a lot of anonymous calls and texts stating my name and address and I don't know who it is . I don't give out my real cell phone number . I am very scared . This is really impacting my life

I am so sorry this is happening to you, I've been in your shoes before so I know how crazy it drives you when someone is harassing and stalking you, to be honest. I just ignore it all together! Don't feed him anything, lay low for couple weeks and hope that he will get bored of you and jump on to the next provider he can harass. I know this is not a solution, but I don't know what else you can do. Try to get more REAL information on him, and if he keeps it up, go to the police and make a harassment complain, or tell your lawyer to send his ass a warning letter. That Usualy scares them off.
This has been going on for six months . The more I ignore him the worse he gets . I'm feeling pretty helpless . I've worked so hard to get to where I am and to have someone mess with me like this is devastating . Thanks for the support
