Tipping confusion

I am back using agency girls for the first time in at least five years.  I mostly been UTR with very low volume, and often UTR providers.  Because we knew each other well everything was pretty well set ahead of time
She was happy i was happy not surprises.

Now i am back with agencies again i have not idea. Most agencies are in the 250- 350 range with 300 about average for donations.

I consider these rates fair but still a sizable amount of my hard earned money.

The question i now have with agency girls is when and how much to tip.

To make things more complicated Some agencies already have up charges for greek , or more vague upgrades  like GFE Plus?? or PSE.

Honestly i am old school i think season is based on time and two consenting adults and donation should be based on time only.
That said not all girls will be provide exactly the same services.

It does seem that  if a girl provided all the extras for a set rate ( i still keep greek in separate category ) then a tip seems appropriate.

But if i have to check with agency first about certain things ( CIM for example) and there an upgrade do i really need to leave tip on top of that.

The bottom lines is if i rich i tip every girls that it least provide decent service,  And while i am not rich i still want to be fair to the girls i am seeing, They work hard and often i worry if i leave enough,

i am interested in any suggestions, incites from hobbyists or providers.  For provider how disappointed are you if you receive no tip at all. Will that effect the next session with that client if he returns?

...Tip if you feel it's deserved. That's up to you. Regarding services agency or not there should not be any extra charges except for greek. If you want to be sure you receive a certain service the provider's reviews should tell you if it's offered.

With type of agencies you are frequenting. Try other reputed agencies in the city. They don't expect tips and if you do, they are appreciative.

I stopped visiting Asian agencies because they are all the same mechanical style and the ranges.

tip if you think you got more then what you paid for!  lol
some charge 350 and are worth 150,  some charge 350 and receive 250
after managements cut maybe receive less

Can you really pay too much???
lol

Stop stressing yourself, if you enjoy your session and you have some extra cash on you leave her a tip, if you don't have any extra cash just give her the agreed upon donation.

Tips aren't required, but appreciated and you can tip gifts or gift cards...... you don't always have to tip cash

If you want to share extra cash with her, then do it!  Its not ever required, but it is appreciated.  I always include a tip in the envelope - even before I know if the service is good - just because I like letting people know I appreciate them.  Some women text me after I leave, thanking me for my generosity.  Some of them never even seem to notice.

I had an ATF a while back who I saw twice a month, and I always gave her $100 extra in her envelope.  We always went over time, and we had a few OTC adventures, so I certainly thought I was getting my money's worth.   One night we went out for drinks after our session, and she insisted on picking up the tab.  I argued with her, but I had to pay with a card so she just shoved money in the bartender's hand, and that was that.  Later, she mentioned how she had picked up the $60 tab at the bar, and I told her that just meant she only got a $40 tip.   "Tip?  What tip?"   She had no idea that I always paid her extra, because she never counted the money.  She just appreciated my repeat business.   I told her that I had always tipped her, so she decided to give me a freebie just to make us "even."

I continued to tip her, because I know she needed the money, and I'm glad I did.

I'm in the market for a new ATF.   She was certainly a keeper, but she moved on.

If so I feel your pain mate, she broke my heart as well.

But I did find a new atf.

Agencies take a big cut. Not that there's anything wrong with that. The agency girl doesn't have to worry about the extremely boring and tedious parts of escorting, so it's a win win. But, to say that agency girls are highly paid when the rate is $300/hr, that's just not true.

and most hobbyists would be thrilled to make $150/hr tax free.. just sayin' ...

Kinda naive post IMHO.....150 per hour in a low volume industry is not what you think it is......appointments are often broken or at unpredictable hours....I tip cuz it puts a nice closure to a nice time that was shared. If a lady treats me well, I'm gonna tip big cuz I want her to know I appreciate it. And I'd like her to see me again:)

I am willing to bet that most mongers make $50 hr or less, even at $150 hr, the typical agency girl is making more than triple what the typical hobbyist makes. I mean honestly, how many people would say that $150 hr is not a "highly paid" profession.

Now don't get me wrong, I am not saying that you ladies don't earn every penny, just that to claim you are not "highly paid" for it is a bit disingenuous

She is not receiving the full amount her time is worth. It'd be polite to tip if she was super great is the point I'm trying to make.

Also, an agency gal hypothetically making $150/hr is not getting 40 hours.

When a person asks, "How should I treat this person or what should I do for this person?" The answer is simple because our parents taught it to us when we were toddlers: treat others how you would want to be treated. One can only know how he'd want to be treated in a certain circumstance if he puts himself in another's shoes. I can't speak for agency gals, but if I was taking home only half of my hourly rate, I know I'd be crossing my fingers for a tip.

Absolutely disagree with your post.  Wouldn't you just go independent if you were underpaid with an agency?  We see it all the time - going from being with an agency to being independent and charging the same or more.   If you believe that you're worth more and choose not to go independent to earn it, not sure that the hobbies that's to subsidize your decision.  If he wanted to then that's great but it shouldn't be expected because it's how she should be treated.
