They are a US based online pharmacy and completely legit. They are approved to prescribe and dispense ED meds without a physical doctor visit. You complete a comprehensive medical questionnaire which is then reviewed by a US based physician. If he approves, they issue a one time script and send you the meds.
Sounds great, but they do not accept any insurance and are not cheap.
I have used the service and it is legit.
