...Constitution."  I didn't hear them screaming the same thing when the Court decided than $$$ = speech in Citizen's  United.  I held up the "four corners" of the Constitution and for the life of me, I couldn't find anything in the Constitution or Bill of Rights that says money is speech.

It not always a bad thing to disagree with other people or the courts.
So it's the law now and people have to live with it.
This is not the first time I disagree with the SCOTUS decision.
The difference it's not my place to stop people from being happy I disagree with either.
Just having a different beliefs from other people is why all of us are here in America anyway.
If it turns to hate then that is a problem!

So if you saw my comment then it's no need to wonder about anything smart guy.
I disagree but respect the other side.
It's no need to make any issue out of this subject!

I'd actually like to know your opinion.

Is this a matter of national security? What's with the secrecy?

I said I respect the other side and we should respect that this is the law now.
Also I said it should never turn to hate even when disagreeing with the other side.
Jack I know that part is hard for you to understand.
So of course you want to read into something that is not there.
You know what happens when you assume Jack.
It's nothing personal I am only into woman and other guys are not into woman at all.
We all make different choices in life but both sides have a right to their opinion!
This is why we live in this great country.

I am happy that they now have the right to be as miserable as much as "straights"

All I have to say to the LGBT community is "be very careful what you ask for, because you might end up getting it"

I predict that in a decade or so, gays will look back on this day and say to themselves "What the fuck were we thinking? We had it so fucking good and then we blew it" lol

What is a bit surprising is that it's not just Fox News that has this as it's leading story. I have been watching both the local and the network evening news this evening and it has been dominating ALL the networks. Personally, I just can't bring myself to get too worked up about it. I support the right for gays to marry, but I just can't get that worked up about it.

although I do see how it could be a legal problem. I am not even a "fake lawyer" but even I can see a lot of built in conflicts in the marriage contract where it comes to bigamy or polygamy. It would appear to this layman that to enter into a second marriage contract you, by doing so you would be breaking several parts of your original marriage contract.

BUT, if the legal niceties could be worked out, I would imagine the first "wife" would have to sign off on giving up or at least having to share some of her/his spousal rights in order for the new contract to be valid, on a moral sense, I really don't give a fuck what "grown ass" people do. If it doesn't affect others, and I really don't see how it would, What' the big fucking deal?

Oh yeah, it offends "religious people" That's not high on my list considering how many things religious people do that offend me.

...Fox chose to stay with an interview of a nutjob who didn't care about the Supreme Court's gay marriage decision because she was waiting to hear what God had to say on the issue.  I suppose she's also waiting for God to comment on her three divorces and two abortions.

I will further discredit Dr. Alveda King using St. Croix's preferred method - she's butt ugly too!

That's your philosophy EXCEPT when it's the Right that has a different belief from yours. Then you're just fine with turning on your hatred.
