Well, no shit Dick Tracey, he's fucking Bob Dylan who has made his career out of being impolite and arrogant. I could also point out that the Nobel Committee person is also being impolite and arrogant in pointing this out, and that furthermore, the person stated that Bob's reaction was expected so I might also add the descriptor "stupid" to the list, which at least Bob is certainly not.
