I think the ST at the beginning and end might work better for me. It will give me time to "recharge". Does the House usually charge more for two hours?I am thinking about splurging and asking for a two hour massage. Is it all massage until the very end? That might be too much for me and the girl. The experience will vary not only with the MP, but with the particular masseuse(s) that you see.
I have had four-hand massages, and didn't think too highly of them. The enjoyment of a massage comes down to focusing on the specific aspect of what the masseuse is doing at the moment she does it. A four hand massage diffuses that experience for me. I'd take a two hour over a one hour four-hand massage any day, all other things being equal.
The sexual part is usually reserved for the last fifteen or so minutes, but that varies. For example, one gal I know does a 45 minute massage, then we have GFE for about 15-20 minutes, then another 40-45 minutes of massage, and then a final GFE session. It works out very well.
Others have start with the GFE, then does a long massage and finish with another GFE.
These are all 2 hour sessions, of course.
I would tip each gal the same amount as if seeing them singly.

Usually the second hour is about 1/2 the first, however.
The big issue with 4 handed massages comes down to the compatibility of the two women as to style and comfort with any sexual component. If a FS AMP is what you are looking for then clearly 2 hour is much better. Same can probably said for UTC roaming with only a HJ.

It really really really depends on the area and the parlor. Sorry to say it is not one size fits all across the country. I have seen a bunch of reviews that end poorly because the reviewer thinks what they got in San Francisco is what they should get in Chicago. (insert your own city names here)
When I first got comfortable going to parlors I made that mistake too. I went to one city expecting the same treatment, and discovered the horrible concept of DIY.
Before splurging, see if you can find some reviews on the girls that work at the parlor. And then I would chance a one hour visit first to see how it goes. This will also give you an idea of tipping. Some places it is truly tipping others it is called a tip but is fee for service. When you are leaving (if you had a good time) then you can just ask how much 2 hours will cost.
For example at some places I have gotten a release at the beginning and one at the end on the first try, at others it has been much less than that.

This is a MP I frequent regularly. I called to inquire about the 2 hour service. The receptionist just quoted me double the hourly rate, so no discount. For a little more money, I could go to a FS provider instead!

Good that you might consider a place you have been to before. I would try and negotiate something after a session (for the next session).
Only reason is because in my experience since I've offered tandems is because they tend to either not be in sync or they finish too quick. On top of that I've found I'm more wild than they are.

A good 2hr massage will put you to sleep. I prefer to enjoy my massages & 4 hands feels fantastic!
