Hopefully this will be a fun thread, but how and where did some of the names and terms come about. Some are obvious (like CG, K9/doggie), but I've wondered about Greek and Russian. Now where did those names come about? Seems like we could have some new names too, yes, like American or Italian? Just sayin, lol.
Greek is pretty obvious (jokes about ancient Greek men all being gay, ergo anal sex is "Greek").
Russian mystifies me a bit, in large measure because most of the Russian women I've known have been slim and small-busted.

I knew a girl at Cheetah (this was way back in '91-'92) who would only have anal sex, as she was preserving her vaginal virginity (VV?).
