Record number of job openings, highest in 15 years  
 Budget deficits going down and at 7 year low due record revenues (thanks to ending Bush tax cuts)  
 Stock Markets at record high  
 Unemployment at 5.5%  
   
 Put yourself back in to September 2008 and look now!

 Problem with job openings and unemployment is a mismatch of skills.   There are not enough qualified people to fill the job openings.
