When one is in a Foxhole, overwhelmed by enemy fire or screaming by 50 feet off the deck in a fighter providing close air support to those below, the only concern anyone has is whether their comrads in arms can shoot straight.  
One's genetalia is not even in the relm of counciousness.  
I will salute her smartly and thank her for her service.  
Then, I will thank her for her extraordinary courage as being one of those of whom Franscis Scott Key had in mind when he wrote:
" in the land of the free and home of the brave."  
She has more bravery and courage than most
