I would not post this but those on the other side like to point out the misdoings of the R's. I guess he is "Independent" now but supposedly was Democratic when he was sent to jail for the relationship with a minor.
For example, Newt Gingrich lambasted Bill Clinton over the Lewinsky sex scandal, Clinton was accused of having an affair with a White House intern, while he was having an affair himself. Newt's successor Livingston(R La), who had denounced Clinton on the House floor, resigned within days for having several extramarital affairs. Also some of the most viciously rabid anti-gay Republicans in Congress are actually closet gays.
so in your mind the poor behavior is perfectly acceptable as long as you are not a hyporcite about it?
and their POV of course is that all thing GOP are bad, and all things Democratic good, or at least excusable at worst.

and not to excuse the bad behavior, but he has stepped up and is going to be a father to the child, let's give credit where it is due. I don't have a clue about his positions on issues and whether or not he is worth a fuck at the job he was elected to, but this would not keep me from voting for him if I agreed with his politics.
