The precise date of the alleged incident is unclear, but appears to have occurred before the couple separated in 2010. The same source indicated that the daughter, who is 16 years old, told the forensic examiner about the incident within the past year.

Actually he has denied it. Now I don't know whether he did it or not, and if he did he deserves whatever comes his way, but an accusation does not make a conviction
......Perhaps this is why Republicans watch him? A NY Judge three weeks ago awarded his ex wife, divorced in 2011, custody of his two minor children, so he must have believed her side of the story.
Bill O Reilly has a history with this type of behavior towards women. A Fox News staffer, Andrea Mackris, filed a sexual harassment suit against O'Reilly. He at the time insisted that Andrea Mackris' sexual harassment suit against him was all bull and threatened to counter-sue her......then he found out she taped their conversations which proved she was telling the truth. He settled that case within a week after learning she had everything on tape.
So an anonymous source leaked information from sealed documents?....now we KNOW all such leaks are true LOL.
For perspective, deflategate started with a leak that 11 of the balls tested were below 10.5 psi, when in actuality, from the report, not one of them was that low.
So again, as far as O'Reilly goes, if he did it throw the book at him, but let's see some solid evidence first.
He has a lot on the line and of course he will say it did not happen.
The real question is why would his daughter make this up to hurt her father?
So none of us know the real truth but I tend to side with his kid on this one!
I know one thing his temper was exposed before on old highlight clips.

Do you have a problem with correcting the "fact" originally posted? whether his response is predictable or believable are separate questions. but I do not believe in convicting him based on an anonymous leaked piece of information that may or may not be true.

I bet the Judge, in his child custody case, took this into account and awarded full custody of his minor children to his ex wife. My question is why this sick prick is still on Fox News? There is one thing I hate more than anything else and it's hypocrites, the Democrats have their own fair share of hypocrites, but it seems to be on another level on the Republican side.
